Green Craftiness

Last night I was at the grocery store, and since I live in the midwest (and I don't recall this in Atlanta), they have all their spring gardening out in the seasonal aisle! They had these great kits for only $7, so how could I pass up the chance to grow my own herbs!
The kit came with parsley, basil, and something else I forget, but they were also selling seeds next to it, so I had to pick up some mint!Seeing as how The Derby is in 4 weeks (I may be a little behind) but it says the seeds will start to sprout in about a week or so. So we'll see.
Note: The stones are for the bottom of the bucket as I plan to keep these indoors, it'll allow all water to drain and keep the soil moist but not allow the roots to mold/die. I'm keeping them indoors as 1.) I hope to maybe move in the next 2 months and would like to take it with me & 2.) have a terminal fear of Earwigs (look it up, they're disgusting!).
Note 2: The tree is a 'money tree' my mom picked up at Ikea when she was here in February. I'm very proud of myself for not killing it yet!
